This is a quarterly video podcast for the general public particularly patients and their carers/caregivers presented by the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of The Medical City, a tertiary hospital in Pasig City, Philippines. For this episode, members of the rehabilitation team will describe delirium, its risk factors, and their individual and collective roles in managing  this condition. The podcast also aims to provide practical tips for family members and loved ones to monitor and care for patients with delirium.
